Past President

Camden Caifa

Camden Caifa is completing her rolling term from president-elect, president, and now into the past-president position for 2024.

    Kim Utterback

    Kim Utterback started her 3 year presidential term as President-Elect in 2023, and now moves into the President position in 2024.

      President-Elect

      Meagan Riddle

      Meagan has been a registered nurse for 16 years, with an emphasis in psychiatric medicine. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health nurse. She holds memberships in the American Nurses Association and the International Forensic Nursing Association. She is a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid (adults and youth). She is also certified as an instructor in both yoga and meditation. During her career, Meagan has had extensive training in providing trauma informed care, suicide prevention, and behavioral health. She enjoys working with the underserved populations, as well as the adolescent population. Providing healthcare and resources to survivors of sexual assault has been the most meaningful work to her in the healthcare field. 15 years as a nurse, 4 years as a Forensic Nurse for Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare. She has been instrumental in the transition of this organization from an LLC to a nonprofit organization with grant funding awards.

      She has been a resident of St George since 2004 and raised her children there. They are all grown, so now she gets to play with her grandbabies who are dear to her heart. She has a large family so any free time is spent with them!  She loves animals and at any given time has enough to constitute a small zoo. She is very passionate about helping underserved humans and is always advocating for them and  to help them have a voice.

        Secretary

        Naomi Weida

        Naomi grew up in Southern Utah and enjoyed being rodeo royalty in her community and being apart of the Washington County 4H. She graduated from Tuacahn High School in 2016 and attended formally Dixie State University and went on to pursue her BSN-RN from Western Governors University. Currently she works on an Intermediate Neuro Medical Unit at St. George Regional Hospital. Naomi is driven by watching her patients recover from neurological events. Naomi loves being a forensic nurse with Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare, because she can provide one-on-one nursing care to survivors during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Naomi currently enjoys spending time with her four horses, three dogs, and one cat.

          Treasurer 

          Mary Benally 

          Mary is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, but has been a resident of St. George for the past
          10 years. She has been in healthcare for 17 years, starting as a CNA, unit secretary, and
          telemetry technician in cardiac ICU and step down in 2007. She currently works as an RN on
          the mother/baby unit at St. George Regional Medical Center, in addition to her work as a
          forensic nurse examiner with Southwest Forensic Healthcare. She began working with
          Southwest Forensic Healthcare in 2023 and has found her passion in her work with survivors.
          She is nearing completion of her MSN-FNP from Frontier Nursing University. She holds
          membership in the International Association of Forensic Nursing and the American Association
          of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Mary loves spending time with her husband and three
          daughters exploring new places.

            Debra Molloy

            Director at Large-Education

            I am Deb Molloy; I have been a SANE with NUSANE since February 2020. I started my career after graduating from Weber State as a Respiratory Therapist in 1980. I worked in the NICU at Mckay Dee as an RT and then in 2003, I graduated from Excelsior College with a degree in Nursing. I continued to work as an RN and RRT in the NICU. In 2017, I graduated from Western Governor's University with a BSN.  I retired from McKay-Dee with 40 years of service in 2020.  My retirement goal was to help the community and I found NUSANE. I am a member of IAFN and the Utah chapter, helping with the planning of last year's educational conference. I have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy walking, reading and arts and crafts.

              Danelle Brewer

              Director at Large-Education

              Hi, I’m Danelle Brewer and I am sexual assault nurse with Northern Utah Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners.

              I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas, home of the Alamo and the famous River walk. I graduated with an associate degree from Galen college of nursing in 2016 and have a background in homecare and pediatric triage.

              My personal and professional endeavor as a sexual assault nurse is to provide education and high-quality care to all of my patients, as well as education to the highly trained professionals that work along with me. Together we can ensure that victims of sexual assault receive the care that is needed to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

              Analisa Willis

              Director at Large- Communication

              Analisa Willis, BSN, obtained her degree from BYU College of Nursing in 2019. She immediately began working as an RN on a pediatric psych ward, and then joined Wasatch Forensic Nurses (WFN) in 2020. Currently she works solely for WFN, performing SANE exams and helping prepare nurses to testify in court. She loves educating and teaching new nurses, as well helping further the mission of IAFN by educating others on what forensic nurses do. She is excited to help build the confidence of forensic nurses in Utah by sharing education opportunities and keeping members abreast of current events and resources.
